We have an extensive hire fleet of pipe threaders ranging from the industry standard Ridgid 300 to the powerful Ridgid 1224. The Ridgid 1224 is the machine to hire when threading pipe larger than 3″. It’s a complete machine mounted on a barrow style stand with an integral oiler and sump and when hired comes complete with a die head for the 1/2″ to 3/4″ and 1″ to 2″ dies and also the larger diehead for 2 1/2″ to 4″. When on site dealing with the full range of pipework the Ridgid 1224 is the machine to hire.

If the top size of pipe needed to be threaded is 3″ then the Ridgid 1233 is the machine to hire. The Ridgid 1233 has the same advantages as the Ridgid 1224 such as integral oil sump and feeder and is also barrow mounted, yet is lighter and the barrow is collapsable so the threader can lay flat on the floor which is great for being loaded into vans. For jobs that only require upto 2″ pipework the industry standard workhorse, the Ridgid 300 is the machine to hire. Due to its compact design it can be manouvered round site easily and set up almost anywhere. All the components such as oil buckets, dieheads and carriages are seperated, with most parts been able to be carried in the oil bucket. In addition to threading the Ridgid 300 is used as the power unit for many other pipe work accessories such as roll groovers and bevellers.
