Road/Concrete Breakers (Air) Hire Sheffield

If you’re breaking concrete day in, day out, air breakers will always be the first choice. They hit harder than electric or hydraulic options, which is why you’ll find them on roadworks and heavy-duty demolition jobs.

On the lighter end of our breaker hire range, the CP9 is a familiar bit of kit on most sites. Compact and easy to handle, it’s strong enough for chipping, scarifying, or cleaning up welds. It’s often used with drill steels too, much like a rotary hammer drill, making it a good all-rounder.

Step up to the CP14 and you’ve got more punch for tougher material, while still keeping things manageable in terms of weight. For low-level breaking with a bit more force behind it, the CP222 strikes a good balance.

Then there’s our heavy-duty pneumatic breaker, which is the one you bring in when the concrete’s not playing ball. They’re heavier, but when you need extra impact, there’s nothing else that can hold a candle to them.

All air breakers will need a compressor to run them, but if you don’t already have one on site, we can sort that as well.
