Auger Attachment (Avant 528) Hire Sheffield

Turn your Avant 528 into a powerful earth drill by hiring the auger attachment. Fitting straight onto the front of the loader in minutes, it drives bits from 75mm up to 300mm diameter with 1355Nm of torque, so whether you’re sinking fence posts, planting trees, installing signs, or boring for ground anchors, there’s a bit size to match.

Hydraulically powered by the 528’s own system, there’s no separate engine to manage. Extensions are available to increase boring depth if you need to go deeper than the standard reach, which is handy for tree planting or deeper anchor work. And because the loader carries the weight, you’re guiding it rather than wrestling it.

On jobs where you need to both bore and move material, swap to the bucket attachment to load out the spoil as you go. Same machine, different attachment, no need to hire two separate bits of kit.

Please note that this attachment can be hired with or without the loader itself, so make sure you pick the right option below. We also hire other Avant accessories, including the mini digger, wood chipper, and pallet forks.
