The counter balance material lift is a unique machine that is derived from the standard material lift (genie lift). In the counterbalance version the front stabalising arms have being removed and instead the material lift has had a rear end weight unit added allowing for the material lift (genie lift) to operate safely without the front stabalisers. This allows for the lifting of loads tight up to a wall or where there is a floor edge where stabaliser legs cannot be deployed. The counter balance material lift comes it two sections, the lifter and then the weights making for easy transportation.
